Over time, Kiki Valentine became more than a nickname. It became the name through which much of my public work has come to be known.

My work combines anthropology with creative practice — through documentary storytelling, photography, writing, public scholarship, and community advocacy — to explore how institutions shape human experience during moments of crisis, loss, and change.
